Vincent d’Auteuil, Senior Manager – Transaction Support, guides organizations during the acquisition and sale of parts of a business. The support he offers throughout the process allows his clients to concentrate on managing their companies.

Selling a business has always been a sensitive matter. It can also be a long and stressful process that requires emotional strength. Vincent is aware of this and he knows how important his involvement and skills are for his clients.

Vincent joined the firm as a financial statements audit intern. After completing his studies, he quickly integrated into the teams and expanded his skillset. His motivation and experience working with a diverse client base led him to become a manager. Over the past seven years, he has continued to progress in the Transaction Support team.

He works with entrepreneurs in different sectors and with a wide range of backgrounds, which makes his day-to-day work stimulating.

Patrick St-Onge works at BPA, an engineering firm, and is one of Vincent’s clients. Patrick’s objective was to grow his organization through an acquisition. This transaction involved change management and an integration process which was made significantly easier by the involvement of Vincent and the firm.
