Monia Dumont

Monia Dumont is motivated by the diverse nature of her work and the exciting challenges of assignments involving SMEs. She is inspired on a daily basis by her collaboration with talent from across the region.

Her leadership skills were particularly evident during the regionalization of assurance operations. This project enhanced collaboration between the thirteen regional offices.

She believes that creating lasting business relationships requires outstanding service and paying particular attention to the needs of each client. As a result of this people-focused approach and her commitment, she was nominated for an Inspiring Leader Award at the regional Recognition Gala.
