With over 20 years of hands-on experience in sustainability and ESG Governance, Laëtitia Fière is recognized as a high-level expert and leader in ESG practices.

Passionate about her field, she tries to first identify the specific issues for each of her clients. She then provides them the support to implement solutions tailored to their needs so they can reach their strategic objectives, while taking into account the impacts related to ESG criteria.

Her principal achievements include the following:

implementing a traceability process for minerals in conjunction with a code of conduct and ethics;
formulating sustainable development policies and obtaining environmental responsibility certifications (B Corps) for international organizations;
designing and implementing ESG strategies for municipalities and SMEs, leading to measurable impacts on their environmental and social performance;
leading strategic partnerships with international manufacturers and universities to encourage the transfer of technologies and the creation of overseas subsidiaries;
integrating ISO 14001 and 26000 standards into the practices of leading Québec companies.

Laëtitia is very involved in the community. She actively supports initiatives to raise awareness of ESG issues. She also acts as a mentor on sustainable management for the next generation.
