Jonathan Perrier

Jonathan Perrier enjoys supporting organizations as they evolve, even in complex environments and during major changes. He is motivated by the real difference he can make in helping his clients achieve their goals. Thanks to his extensive management experience, particularly in health care institutions, he is able to gain an understanding of individual situations.

He always takes the time to grasp the different aspects of a problem and work context. His strong leadership contributes to mobilizing existing teams to find the best solutions to the issues at hand and determine the most appropriate strategies.

Over the years, he has specialized in operational and financial performance management, process optimization and strategic planning in a wide variety of assignments. He has been involved in more than 100 projects in clinical and administrative areas within ministries, provincial agencies, municipalities and companies in various industries.

He taught process management at the University of Montréal for four years in order to pass on his expertise. Strongly committed, both personally and professionally, he now devotes much of his free time to his family and is involved in his children’s speed skating team.
