Jacinthe Arès is committed to her clients’ success and, together with her team of experienced tax specialists, uses her legal, tax and economic competencies to foster their growth and longevity.

Jacinthe’s main areas of expertise include business purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, transfer planning, shareholder integration, expansion and tax compliance.

She also provides assistance with negotiations and representations to various government and non-government bodies (Canada Revenue Agency, Revenu Québec, Financière agricole du Québec, banks, permit applications, etc.).

Jacinthe is involved in a variety of organizations that fit in with her passion for the environment, the outdoors and sports. She is a member of the Board of Directors of École-O-Champs, an organization whose primary mission is to promote knowledge and career opportunities in the agri-food sector.
