Strong relationships
Sylvain Corbeil, Business Development Partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, speaks with Viviane Croux, Head of BMO’s Corporate Finance Division.
̎In my opinion, allies are individuals that I can call at any time, ̎ highlights Viviane. Even if we no longer work together, we have a strong relationship and they offer valuable support for career progression.

Positive momentum
Myriam Gauthier remembers that when she first started at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Johanne Quessy, now Consulting Partner and Vice-President, Taxation, was very supportive. Johanne helped her to become increasingly confident in her abilities. With this momentum, Myriam began to move up the ranks and ultimately became an Assurance Partner in the firm.
“[As a woman], we have a different way of doing things and a different thought process, but this adds a valuable level of complementarity to management teams,” states Myriam.
