Your mission

Your primary mission will be to determine your clients’ needs and meet them. More specifically, depending on your specialty and interest, you will be required to:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our clients on matters related to the protection of personal information and information governance;
  • Draft effective information management and protection of personal information policies, methodologies and procedures for the firm’s clients;
  • Assess all elements relating to the protection of personal information and support the firm’s clients in managing activity logs, maintaining records of data breaches, and liaising with the relevant information protection authorities;
  • Monitor and assess risks to the protection of personal information for the firm’s clients and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans;
  • Work closely with members of the information governance team to ensure that information governance and protection of personal information activities are aligned with the firm’s global objectives.
