Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton advises TCED International on a financial partnership with a consortium led by Champlain Financial Corporation.
Founded by the Rozon family in 1964, TCED International (TCED) is a leading value-added distributor offering a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of battery and renewable energy products and solutions to commercial customers located across Canada and the United States. It also has the capacity and sourcing programs necessary for international distribution.
TCED currently operates a franchise network of 60 retail stores under the Batteries Expert brand. A third-generation family business, TCED has established a strong supplier base in Asia and the United States and offers a comprehensive and diverse range of recognized brands at competitive prices.
The shareholders of TCED International are proud to announce a financial partnership with a consortium of Québec investors. The group is led by Champlain Financial Corporation, and includes the participation of Fondaction, Roynat Capital, the Infilise Group as well as the Soucy Group.
This strategic partnership marks a key milestone in the trajectory of TCED and Batteries Expert, paving the way for significant expansion and consolidation of its presence in the North American market.

The Rozon family, founder and shareholder for 60 years, maintains its participation in the shareholding. Élise Rozon, representative of the third generation of the family, retains her position as president and general manager of the company and remains a shareholder of the company. Joining the members of the board, Mr. Philippe Infilise, will assume the functions of chairman of the board of directors.
