Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton acted as exclusive financial advisor to Greenlore during the acquisition process.
For the past 70 years, Production Lareault has grown almost a billion fruit plants on its 185 hectares. As the largest producer of strawberry plants in Canada, and a supplier of top-quality berries, the company is entering a new phase and building on its momentum with the arrival of new owners.
Greenlore, represented by Antoine Casimir and Andrea Borodenko, bought the Lavaltrie business that was founded in 1953 by Luc and Lyne Lareault.
Greenlore called on Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s team of financial advisors to guide them during this acquisition.
