MicroAge Québec acquires the assets of Innlogix Inc.

Created in 2003, Innlogix inc. (hereafter the “Company”) is an IT service and consulting company specializing in hotel logistics. Operating in the Québec City and Greater Montréal regions, it stands out for its unique expertise and experienced team.

Founded in 2007, MicroAge Québec continues its mission to provide personalized services while maintaining a high-performance, stable and secure IT environment for its customers.

This acquisition pools the experience and knowledge of both organizations, strengthening their position in the market, and benefitting both parties as well as their valued customers.

The Company called on Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s advisory services to find a buyer with common synergies to continue its growth.
