Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the successful sale of Zac-Tranz Inc. to Loyal Express Group.
Founded in 2000 by Kenneth Bursey, Zac-Tranz is a privately held, Canadian-based transportation and logistics company, providing seamless terminal to door, on-time, container delivery and interchange services primarily in the Quebec and Ontario markets. Through organic growth and acquisitions, the Company is one of the leaders in the intermodal transport and logistics industry in Eastern Canada.
Zac-Tranz owns and operates three terminals in prime locations in the province of Quebec as well as additional terminal properties located in the greater Montreal area. With a solid and experienced team, state-of-the-art technology and a fleet of more than 500 trucks and chassis, they are a one-stop shop that can answer all of their customer’s needs.
Established in 1988, Loyal Express Group provides a full range of specialized freight and shipping services from dry, reefer to flatbeds equipment.
