Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton advises Olly Fresco’s Canada on a growth capital financing transaction
Olly Fresco’s is a leading prepared food market concept, geared towards urban core professionals with a mission to be the neighbourhood’s “go to” breakfast and lunch favourite.
In 2009, they opened their first location in Calgary. Today, they have grown to 11 locations across the country in Canada’s busiest urban business centres while serving over 20,000 customers daily.
Olly Fresco’s offers prepared hot meals and sandwiches, vegan food and other made-to-order lunches and dinners, all provided in an efficient check-in-to-check-out experience.
The Company will use the capital obtained to accelerate its expansion plan across Canada and plans to more than double the number of stores by 2020.
