Excavations RSR Inc. (hereafter “RSR” or the “Company”) was founded in 1987 and specializes in the construction of underground public utility systems. The Company employs some 10 people and is renowned for its expertise in the greater Québec region.

As part of this transaction, Mathieu Rodrigue, the son of one of the founders, became a shareholder. He will continue to contribute to growing the company that he has led for several years.
