Since 1981, EBSU Ltd (“EBSU”) has been developing and manufacturing quality and innovative residential cabinets, pre-assembled and ready to install. EBSU products are distributed in over 1,000 retail locations across North America through large renovation and hardware stores such as Lowe’s, Réno-Dépôt, Rona, BMR and Patrick Morin.
Also founded in 1981, Woodlore International Inc (“Woodlore”), is a leading furniture manufacturer located in Brampton, Ontario which runs a 140,000 square foot manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. In addition to the acquisition of Woodlore, EBSU has announced the construction of a new 180,000-square-foot plant in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield which will be fully operational in the fall of 2021.
