EBSU Ltd. continues to grow with the acquisition of Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd.

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Corporate Finance is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to EBSU Ltd in connection with the acquisition of Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd.

Since 1981, EBSU Ltd (“EBSU”) has been developing and manufacturing quality and innovative residential cabinets, pre-assembled and ready to install. EBSU products are distributed in over 1,000 retail locations across North America through large renovation and hardware stores such as Lowe’s, Réno-Dépôt, Rona, BMR and Patrick Morin. Through its Ontario-based division, Woodlore, EBSU manufactures quality products for the office industry.

Founded in 1982, Euro-Rite Cabinets Ltd. (“Euro-Rite”), is a leading manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, as well as storage systems, and is one of the largest manufacturers of ready-to-assemble cabinets in Western Canada. Through its 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Euro-Rite services a diversified client base of dealers, contractors and real estate developers.

EBSU called on Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team to advise the Company on the acquisition and the financing structure to attain its growth plan.
